Raul got to pick a second BARC STAR cause what he does for BARC animals, staff, and volunteers is way outta this world. So quiet, so willing to do anything....so lovely. He and his
family own 3 Rottweilers, so who does Raul pick? A 3 and 5 year old set of female terriers -- 15 pounds? 19 pounds? Why did Raul pick there, out of the 140 dogs to pick?
